Welcome!

Heathbank Support Services offers Day Centre and Domiciliary Care Agency services. We are based in Werneth and we aim to provide adults with learning disabilities person centred services that strive to meet the service users’ individual wants, needs and wishes.

We promote the service users rights, independence, choice and inclusion into all aspects of daily living and work closely with families, carers, advocates and other agencies to achieve best possible outcomes.

All our staff are professional, caring, enthusiastic and fully trained in all mandatory courses.

Heathbank Support Services is a registered charity and is run by Trustees and an Executive Committee
